About Art in the Park

Join LNHP and diverse local artists for our Art in the Park series of plein air (outdoors) art workshops. Under the guidance and teaching of local artists, we will use Lowell as a backdrop for inspiration and expression. Join in to grow your creative skill in different mediums, from drawing and watercolor to portrait work and acrylic painting. Lowell is a City of Artists – Each artist will bring their own expertise to share with you and help facilitate your own process of creating.

Please note the age guidance for each workshop -some workshops are more well-suited to younger artists and family groups than others. The program is free, but space is limited, and reservations are required. Please call 978-970-5000 to reserve a spot.

All programs will be outdoors, with either rain locations or rain dates. Please bring your own supplies, some events LNHP will have limited supplies on hand for shared use read the full description to see the Materials Used section for the workshop.
