Join us to move your body and connect with nature while doing outdoor yoga! Yoga improves physical and mental strength, like self-awareness and focus. Kelly Western, professional yoga instructor, will lead a fun yoga class for children and adults that incorporates balance, strength, stretching, and mindfulness in the context of connecting with nature.
