How was food preserved before refrigeration? If you wanted fruits and vegetables year round, removing moisture was important. Help us salt and sugar foods to keep all year! Stop by Buckman Tavern any time between 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM and 1:30 – 3:30 PM to participate.

Included with museum admission.
