Share this post:

Tin was an important metal in the 18th century. Inexpensive and pliable, it could easily be cut and molded, and decorated with a hole punch to make things like kitchen graters and lanterns! Try your hand at punching tin with a hammer and nail to make a holiday ornament.

Included with museum admission. Stop in any time between 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM to try it out!
