Family Program and Performance with the Wampanoag Nation Singers and Dancers
Sunday, October 10 11:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
Join us for an educational program and performance with the Wampanoag Nation Singers and Dancers, a group of musicians and artisans from the tribal communities of Mashpee on Cape Cod and Aquinnah on Martha’s Vineyard on Indigenous Peoples’ Weekend. Participate in the performance of eastern social songs and dances, and learn the many contributions Native culture has made not only in American History, but also World History, directly to present day.
