Latino Film Festival

We invite you on behalf of The El Encuentro, The Latino Film Experience Committee in Lowell to come together to bring an exciting new film festival to the City of Lowell on October 14 and 15, 2022.
“El Encuentro: The Latino Film Experience” will feature the short films (three minutes to fifteen minutes in length) produced by Latino filmmakers from all over the US. With the aid of Film Freeway, we have received hundreds of submissions that are being judged by our talented and experienced judges.
This festival is the first film festival of its kind in the Merrimack Valley and will assure that our city is filled with audience members and filmmakers, seeing our city for the first time and populating our restaurants, museums, and experiencing all that Lowell has to offer.
