Acorns have been a dietary staple for humans from around the world throughout our history. Somehow, Somewhere, we forgot how to eat this nutritional super food. Come learn how to gather, dry, open, and make acorns edible. We will also learn what we can do and make with acorns to create delicious gourmet meals. Tasting samples will be provided!

Please note this program requires pre-registration at and is limited to 20 people.  Please bring a journal/pen, and a pair of pruning shears or a big rock/hammer.
