Woburn played an important role in the battles of the American Revolution, and we invite you to help us commemorate the efforts of the Woburn militia men who bravely fought for our nation’s freedom, with an exciting and historic event as we unveil Woburn’s new Battle Road Memorial Area! This special occasion will commemorate our city’s rich Revolutionary War history with a brand-new monument, interpretive signage, and a thoughtfully designed seating area for visitors to reflect on our past.
