Amplifying Merrimack Valley’s Amazing Restaurants

 Have you been looking for great restaurants to visit on your next trip to the Merrimack Valley? Well, the Greater Merrimack Valley Convention & Visitors Bureau has been working hard to promote its amazing restaurants by teaming up with the Massachusetts-based digital brand, Taste of Massachusetts, to create our Restaurant Amplification Program.

For over eight years Taste of Massachusetts has grown an impressive following on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, and its email newsletter has over 48,000 subscribers. By teaming up with such an influencer, our Restaurant Amplification Program provides an opportunity for restaurants in the Greater Merrimack Valley to promote their business and tell their story to a targeted “Foodie” audience on the Taste of Massachusetts’ digital platforms.

Below are some of the restaurants featured in the Restaurant Amplification Program.

Town Meeting Bistro

Town Meeting Bistro at Hastings Inn in Lexington uses fresh, seasonal ingredients and innovative cooking techniques to create delicious menus that showcase classic New England favorites with an inspired twist. Come enjoy Saturday High Tea, Sunday Champagne Brunch, and Executive Chef Alissa Tsukakoshi’s breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus.

Tavern in the Square

Founded by three friends, Tavern in the Square in Lowell is where you can choose from dozens of locally made beers and skillfully made cocktails. The menu is diverse, accessible, and affordable, with excellent food made fresh every day on-site from real local ingredients.

Eggroll Cafe

Eggroll Cafe in Lowell is a unique blend of café and fusion dining. The menu offers Asian fusion specialties that are fresh, flavorful, and healthy. They provide customers with a new kind of fresh and tasty delight set in a fun and relaxing environment.

Cobblestones

Regionally known for hand-cut steaks, burgers, local seafood and oysters on the 1/2 shell, Cobblestones in Lowell features classic American cocktails and dozens of locally crafted beers. With private event rooms of various sizes, they’ve built a 30-year reputation for being equally suited for casual tavern fare or special dining celebrations.

Owen and Ollie’s Restaurant

Owen and Ollie’s Restaurant in Dracut is a full-service, casual, family-friendly restaurant and pub that’s been serving an American-style menu with a touch of Irish influence since 2007. They offer 24 beers on tap, take-out and dine-in service, a function room for up to 100 people, and more.

Chopps Italian Steakhouse

In Burlington, Chopps Italian Steakhouse is a modern Chophouse serving inspired Italian cooking. Their menu includes a variety of succulent cuts of all natural beef, fresh local seafood, and regional dishes. Perfect for date nights, celebrations, or just an excuse to treat yourself, Chopps’ warm and unpretentious setting offers comfort and style as well as great food.

Panela Restaurant

Panela Restaurant in Lowell is a family-owned and operated Colombian restaurant. Raw cane sugar, which is Panela in Spanish, is featured as a key ingredient in many items on the menu to showcase its Colombian roots. Each delicious dish is a modern take on traditional Colombian cuisine, inspired by the many diverse regions of the nation, their people, and their cultures.
