Time: Park opens at 6:30 PM, activities begin at 7 PM. Fireworks at 9 PM
Location: Edward A. LeLacheur Park (home of the Lowell Spinners), 450 Aiken Street, Lowell, MA
Admission is FREE.
Parking: FREE at the Ayotte Garage by the Tsongas Center (5 PM – midnight).
