Discovery Museum
School might be over, but that doesn’t mean your kids can’t still learn. The STEAM-rich exhibits teach your kids science, math, art, and more through play and interactive activities. There are also the Discovery Woods, an outdoor learning space with a giant treehouse, play areas inspired by da Vinci’s inventions, and an inclusive and accessible outdoor playscape.

Harvard Alpaca Ranch
Do your kids love animals? Harvard Alpaca Ranch in Harvard is where you can take them to meet happy and healthy alpacas. Stop by and meet the herd and learn about these cute and fluffy creatures, as well as the ultra-soft goodies their wool creates. They’ll fall in love with the cuddly alpaca plush toys in the shop, so they’re a great souvenir to take home with you.
The ranch offers alpaca visits/farm tours on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays at no charge. However, a donation of $10 per adult and $5 per child, or simply purchasing something from the Alpaca Shop, is encouraged. To arrange your tour of the ranch, which covers up to eight people, please book an appointment.
