Experience Concord’s Best Lodging

When in Concord, staying at The North Bridge Inn is a must. This quaint, pet-friendly inn offers a beautifully authentic experience for all its guests. Each of the suite options is filled with natural light and is decorated in true colonial fashion. You will be able to choose from six suites, all named after historically significant authors who either lived or wrote in Concord – Hawthorne, Thoreau, Dickinson, Longfellow, Emerson, and Alcott.

The North Bridge Inn also offers a daily homemade breakfast where you can enjoy the adorable dining area and mingle with staff and other guests. Be sure to check out their specials before booking your stay if you’d like to add on any of their customized accommodations.

If you are looking for a lodging experience that is more hotel-like, a popular recommendation is Concord’s Colonial Inn. With 54 unique suites to choose from for your stay spread out across the Inn’s property, you are guaranteed to find a room that will fit your style and budget. You will also have the opportunity to dine at either of the two on-site restaurants.

The first restaurant, Liberty, is available for lunch and dinner and includes a menu filled with classic American cuisine. The other, Merchant’s Row, is the more formal option of the two but is open for all meals during the day. Make sure to book your dining experiences in advance as both restaurants require reservations for indoor seating!

VIP Private Tours

During your stay in Concord come by the Visitor Center to learn about the different tours that you can participate in. In addition to the daily historic walking tour that goes over the most popular and general history of Concord, you can choose to take part in more specific ones as well. For instance, other tours offered include African Americans of Concord, Women of Concord, West Concord History, and many others.

The center can also recommend different itineraries based on your personal preferences, budget, and time constraints. If you would prefer not to attend a tour alongside other travelers, the recommended route is to book a private tour. Private tours include you, your party, and a professional guide that will customize your day with different historical sites.
