Verrill Farm Announces Expansion of Farm stand on Wheeler Road 

 
Concord, MA — Expansion of the farm stand at Verrill Farm is under way and will continue into the fall.  The stand will be open throughout construction and all of the summer events and festivals will take place as usual as will the CSA member pick up on Thursdays.     

‘The expansion will provide a more customer friendly space,’ says co-owner Joan Verrill, adding,  ‘once construction is complete, shoppers will have more room and access to what they have come for.’ 

The design includes increasing the space for Verrill Farm produce which has outgrown the current displays – especially from May to October when crops are harvested and put out for sale every day.  The Verrill Farm deli has become a popular customer destination and will be expanded as well.  

The Verrill Farm stand opened seven years ago this September and customer support has been over-whelming.  Owners Joan and Steve Verrill and Jen Verrill Faddoul look forward to completing the current expansion, welcoming customers to the ‘new and improved’ stand and continuing to serve the Concord community.
