Courtenay Betts

What began as a summer job leading students on tours throughout North America, became a fulfilling career in educational tourism. In her thirteen years with EF Education First, Courtenay has launched exciting and memorable programs from offices in three cities across two countries; created a hiring and training program for Tour Directors, and identified new in-market opportunities in both the USA and Canada. As Director of Operations at EF Explore America; EF’s domestic tours product, Courtenay strives to enhance the customer experience by developing lasting and rewarding industry partnerships. Outside of her work with EF, Courtenay sits on the board of directors for the Student and Youth Travel Association (SYTA) where she serves as Vice President.

What's your favorite thing to do in the Greater Merrimack Valley?

I love spending the afternoon at the deCordova Sculpture Park & Museum. The outdoor sculptures are truly magical!
