Conversation in Movement explorers the poetic
relationship between the dance and visual art. Inspired by
the unspoken language that arises when gesture, color,
and form interact, this exhibition invites viewers
to experience an emotional and sensory exchange.
Together, Nino Gordeladze, Dina Mordeno, Ed Porzio,
and Johanna Tiemann create a rhythmic visual
environment where movement is both subject and
collaborator. Painted forms, whimsical colors,
playfulness, and captured slices of motion weave
together into a single expressive conversation.
Join us for an opening reception on January 3rd from
3-5 pm, during Western Avenue Studios & Lofts Open Studios.
Dancer Kosmia Vaporis will perform a brief movement
piece at the reception at 4 pm.
