Join us at Forge & Vine as we celebrate the Piedmont region of Italy—known for its rich culinary traditions, refined techniques, and world-renowned wines. This special December dinner will feature dishes inspired by the authentic flavors and ingredients of Piedmont, thoughtfully paired with celebrated wines from the area.
James Bishop of Heritage Collection – Trinchero Family Estates will be on hand to guide guests through the wines at each course. Our menu offers a hybrid experience of plated courses and a convivial, family-style feast—just as we imagine it might be enjoyed in Piedmont itself.
Tickets are $165 per person and include the multi-course meal with wine pairings, tax, and gratuity, making for a heartfelt evening celebrating the region’s cuisine, culture, and the joy of gathering around the table.
