This interactive 90-minute workshop explores the healing nature of sound through Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls, Crystal Pyramids, and harmonious chimes. Learn about sound and vibration, discover how they can help balance and calm your body, and even try your hand at playing the bowls yourself. Afterward, you will settle into a comfortable position to enjoy a 30-minute meditative sound bath.

This workshop is outside under the covered pavilion, so dress appropriately. Please bring a yoga mat, pad, or blanket.
