Lowell Kids Week: Watch The Winterfest Youth Mural Competition

Come watch Lowell’s young artists paint their vision at Winterfest 2024! This year’s theme is “My Lowell, paying homage to the individuals who have crafted the city to where it is today.” The competition will be open for viewing on Saturday, 2/17 at 12 pm Judging will conclude at 3:30 pm with awards announced shortly after.
